Dalpar Corporation (Dalpar) is a minority (Hispanic) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and SBA Certified 8(a) Small Business founded in 2003 and headquartered in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Dalpar’s core business is to provide Training, Security, Technical, Engineering, and Simulation Services in support of Federal, State, and local government agencies and non governmental organizations.
